The MAX Centre is operated by a non-profit society, providing a student center during the school day, and a great facility for our community on evenings and weekends. Students assist with various aspects of events, while all meals are prepared under the watchful experience of qualified cooks or our resident journeyman chef.

SHIRLEY PERIN, Head Chef,
Shirley has worked in the food service industry for 25 years. She attended the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology and received her Red Seals Certification.
Shirley has lived in the Drayton Valley area for three decades and sasy she enjoyed having her own catering company even though it does present many challenges.
